Kristina Dam Studio design minimalistic and timeless pieces intended for everyday living and enjoyment. Known for sleek designs that play on graphic lines through the use of genuine, enduring materials, the pieces showcase an uncompromising attention to detail and the highest level of quality craftsmanship. True design classics for the contemporary home, the new collection brings Sculptural Minimalism to the forefront with a range of beautiful new products, as well as updates to some existing favourites. Let's take a look.

Firstly, there are some exciting new furniture pieces. A tribute to the acclaimed Bauhaus Art School, the new Bauhaus Lounge chair is a sculptural, functional chair made of slick black or white weather-resistant powder-coated steel. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the seat and backrest is slightly hollowed out to provide comfort. There is also a Seating Cushion made from fine black or grey-brown leather, designed especially for the chair for added comfort. The new Pedestal Table is a sculptural solution to housing favourite accessories or treasured treasured sculptures, and the new full size Rotating Mirror includes two hooks for hanging clothes. Shown above in beige, it also comes in black. See the full range of mirrors here.

The Curved Pouf introduced last year in a grey-brown hue now comes in two new colours, Cognac Brown and Black.Crafted from aniline leather, the pouf is a modern blend of aesthetic elegance and casual comfort, emphasising a simple rounded form and organic expression.

One of my favourite new furniture pieces is the Curved Bench. A distinctive design with rounded forms that make a bold and graphic statement, its functionality is also a winning aspect, providing storage for magazines in the living room, shoes in the hallway - the list goes on! The popularCurved Side Table, now in beige and stainless steel, is also a standout.

Kristina Dam Studio have introduced a few more additions to the existing furniture pieces - the Column Coat Rack in a all black version, the leather Seating Cushion for the the best-selling Stool and a long-awaited Lid for the popular Stack Storage Boxes.

When it comes to objects for the home, Kristina Dam Studio always delivers unique yet timeless designs. I cherish my sculptural pieces by this Danish brand, and I have now added a few more to the wish list! These include the new Brick Sculpture, a porcelain piece inspired by the architectural lines of Greek arches and vaults, and the Stair Sculpture, made from terracotta, with a distinct architectural feel with a rough textural finish.

Other favourites include the eye-catching Mirror Sculpture, the new Dual Vase collection, made of thick glass and painted in soft earthy colours, the Shadow Candlestick and beautiful additions to the tableware collection with the Setomono Containers, Capsule Carafe and Capsule Glasses.
